With an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Malta since September 2008, Comlux benefits from being registered in a member state of the European Union, operating at the most important levels in terms of safety and quality. Its ideal location at the junction between Europe, Africa and Middle East gives Malta a strategic position for Comlux operations.

With a valuable legal system and a large network of well known banks, Malta is as well the country of establishment of Comlux Holding Ltd and Comlux Completion Ltd.
