Frederic Dubant

After graduating from law school in 1993, Frederic worked for five years in Chicago (USA) and Paris (France), as legal counsel for Labinal, an aircraft and automotive equipment manufacturer.

Frederic joined Airbus in 1998, where he successively held the functions of Legal Counsel Procurement, Senior Legal Counsel Corporate and Senior Legal Counsel Aircraft Sales. In this last function, Frederic was responsible for all legal matters regarding the sale of Airbus aircraft worldwide.

Frederic joined Comlux in early 2009 as Head of Legal, overseeing legal and contractual matters for all activities within the Comlux group and accompanying the group’s rapid expansion.
