Comlux announces major expansion
Comlux Aviation A.G, has seen consistent and significant increase in demand for its chartered aircraft services over the past 5 years. To ensure it will best meet future customer demand, Comlux is creating a new divisional structure that will provide a sound platform for future growth, under the brand : Comlux The Aviation Group
Comlux Aviation will deal exclusively with all the activities related to aircraft charter and management, this will include :
- Comlux Aviation AG – the Swiss operation based in Zurich
- Comlux Aviation Kazakhstan – a new service which is being established to meet the rapidly expanding demand for aircraft services into and within Central Asia and the Russian speaking markets. A separate announcement has been made on this today.
- Comlux Aviation Malta – a further new service which will be fully launched this year offering European registration for Airbus VIP charter operations
Comlux Completion. Because of our expertise in fitting and design of Airbus aircrafts and through this new division the Group has become a shareholder in the Airbus Corporate Jet Completion Centre (ACJC) in Toulouse, in partnership with the MAZ Consultancy in Bahrain. A further announcement on this new division has been released today.
Comlux Creatives. We are delighted to announce the arrival of Alexandra Brökelmann, formerly of Lufthansa Technik, to work alongside our existing design consultant Isabelle Bevilacqua. This creates a division to focus exclusively on aircraft and cabin design and completion. Our broad involvement in aircraft management gives the Group a leading ability to match design innovation to customers’ requirements and operational functionality.
Comlux Transactions. This division will continue to manage the purchase and sale of private jets for our Group and any third party who would benefit from our expertise
