Comlux America LCC announces the acquisition of the Indianapolis Jet Center
Comlux The Aviation Group announced today the creation of Comlux America LLC and the acquisition of the Indianapolis Jet Center (IndyJet), to be renamed Comlux Completion USA.
Comlux The Aviation Group delivers the highest level of expertise in VIP aircraft cabin completion, and this acquisition expands the Group’s presence in North America. Comlux America LLC, the Company that has acquired IndyJet, is majority owned by Comlux with the original owner and founder holding a minority participation.
The Company’s vision is to become one of the leading providers of VIP cabin completion services, delivering seamless convenience and comfort to all its customers. Comlux is a customer and operator of Bombardier and Airbus business jets, and designs VIP cabins for both these types of aircraft through its Comlux Creatives division based in Zurich, Switzerland. Comlux is already involved in cabin Completions through its partnership with the Airbus Corporate Jet Center (ACJC).
The Indyjet business clearly complements the activities of Comlux The Aviation Group with its strong background in business jet completion and maintenance and because it is located in the largest market in the world for business aviation. IndyJet has 30 years of experience in corporate aircraft refurbishment and a reputation for quality and seriousness.
