Comlux offers a choice of AOC: European Maltese EU-OPS or Aruba , and a choice of type of operations: commercial or Private.
Comlux Maltese AOC (9H)
Malta member state of the European Union and EASA was among the first European countries in the JAA (Europe’s Joint Aviation Authorities) to adopt the JAR (Joint Aviation Rules) and to enact its legislation.
Malta registration allows the free circulation of the aircraft within the European Union for both international and domestic flights. Comlux is currently the largest aircraft operator in Malta and enjoys a very good relationship with the local aviation authorities.
Since 2008 Fly Comlux has been established in Malta with Comlux Malta Ltd company.
Comlux Aruba AOC (P4)
The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) of Aruba, with the support of The Registry of Aruba-IASO, maintains its worldwide safety oversight and regulatory obligations and responsibilities to ICAO Standards. It has adopted, to some extent, EASA/JAA regulatory framework with the incorporation of national requirements.
Aruba registration has a well-established European base legislation and well-regarded safety record and oversight system. This off shore registration combines the highest safety regulatory standards with a flexible approach.Since 2011, Fly Comlux has been established in Aruba with Comlux Aruba Ltd company.
Comlux Kazakh AOC (UP)
Since 2008, Fly Comlux has been established in Almaty with Comlux-KZ LLC company, operating commercially and privately with its own AOC. Comlux KZ has implemented in its AOC organization the same standards and procedures as in Comlux Malta EU-Ops AOC.
